Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced 1st Shift Industrial Electrician to join the maintenance team of a local manufacturing company. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for an electrician with strong industrial troubleshooting skills who is also willing to support general plant maintenance when needed.

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment
- Diagnose electrical issues and minimize equipment downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance and support equipment installations and repairs
- Work with the maintenance team to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently
- Assist with mechanical and other non-electrical maintenance tasks as directed
What We're Looking For
- Previous Industrial Electrician experience required
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and industrial maintenance skills
- Experience with glass tempering furnaces, glass cutting, grinding, or drilling equipment is a plus
- Electrician certification or related technical training preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist with general maintenance
- Safety-focused, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a maintenance team
Pay: $30/hr
