Boxer/Packer | Eastgate/Union Twp, OH
1st Shift | $14/hr
Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring entry-level Boxer Packers for a manufacturing and distribution facility in the Eastgate/Union Township, OH area.
Responsibilities:
- Count and pack roll and fanfold labels
- Be a final inspection by checking labels for splices, wind directions, size, tightness, looseness, color consistency, outside diameter, and core size.
- Make sure all rolls have core labels.
- Accurately record job numbers, counts, cartons, and time
- Stack cartons neatly and correctly on skids
- Assist the Rewinder by obtaining cartons and skids
- Keep production running by making cartons, labels, core stickers and doing reworks
- Light computer work
- Keep work area clean
- All other duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Mathematical abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift 25-35 lbs. frequently
- Able to bend, twist and kneel
- Capable of standing for an extended length of time
Shift: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $14/hr
