Ceramic Heater Fabricator | Lebanon, OH
1st Shift Mon-Fri | $16/hr
Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is hiring to fulfill Ceramic Assemblers for a manufacturer in Lebanon, OH.
Core Functions:
• Assemble heater blocks per prints
• Cut core wires and prepare according to prints
• Feed core wires through blocks
• Bend sheath metal using plant equipment
• Spot weld attachments to sheath
• Verify product information is correct
• Braze core wire to terminal posts
• Assemble heater cores to metal sheaths to produce finished heater
• Complete final termination with wires and accessories
• Verify completed heater meats design specifications
• Complete building documentation for inventory management
Shift: First shift 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $16/hour, based on experience
