Parts Manufacturer (Shaping Operator)
Lebanon, OH
1st Shift | $15.00/hr
Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring a Parts Manufacturing Associate to join a full-time team with a manufacturing firm in Lebanon, OH. This is a full time, long term position with growth potential.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and abilities or similar experience to perform the position effectively.
Job Duties:
- Perform day-to-day activities safely and efficiently
- Read tape measures and simple layout drawings
- Perform simple addition and subtraction
- Operate simple shop tools such as a band saw, tin snips, and other various hand tools
- Use arbor-style presses and perform simple die changes on non-powered presses
- Be familiar with industrial equipment and be willing to work on them in terms of set-ups, change-overs, and simple troubleshooting
- Stand 75% of the day and lift at least 50 lbs occasionally
- Complete any other task assigned by immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
- Good attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to take directions well and work well with others
- Organized to keep the flow of work efficient
- Dedicated to quality and determined to improve knowledge and learn new skills
- Willing to ask for help when needed
- Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
SHIFT/COMPENSATION:
- Hours are Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm
- Hourly pay starting, $15.00. Will be evaluated at the completion of the hiring process.
