Customer Service & Sales Support Representative $21/hr

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative for a family-owned building materials company in Clermont County. This is a hands-on office role for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and learning a specialized product line.

What You'll Do
- Answer phones, emails, and customer questions
- Enter sales orders, estimates, and customer information
- Process payments, credit card transactions, and deposits
- Organize product samples and assist customers with material selections
- Help identify and match brick and stone products from customer photos
- Maintain customer records and follow up on outstanding needs
- Assist with basic website, digital media, and sales support projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, sales support, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable learning computer systems and order-entry processes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly, dependable, and willing to learn
- Building materials or construction experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $21+/hr
