Staff Accountant

Location: Springdale, OH

Compensation: $75-100K

Responsibilities:

• Process credit card payments, invoices, and daily sales reports.
• Post AR, AP, and inventory transactions to the General Ledger.
• Perform inventory adjustments and reconciliations.
• Prepare and present statements, such as balance sheets, income, and cash flow.
• Send invoices and customer statements.
• Run weekly AR Aging and backlog reports.
• Manage tax payments.
• Process purchase orders, accruals, and expense reports.
• Prepare PowerPoint slides for monthly recap meetings.
• Conduct bank and GL reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Automotive (Aftermarket Parts) Experience is preferred. 
• Proficiency in Sage, QuickBooks, SAP and/or Oracle.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work collaboratively with various teams.
