Position: Recruiter 

Location: Fairfield, OH

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and interview qualified candidates for various positions.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment tools to identify top talent.
• Screen and assess candidate qualifications and match them with job opportunities.
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to provide hiring solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Recruiting is required
• Previous experience in Professional Customer Service  
• Bachelor's degree is a plus 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills
