Position: Staffing Recruiter
Location: Colerain Area
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment tools to identify top talent.
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications and match them with job opportunities.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to provide hiring solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Recruiting is required
- Previous experience in Professional Customer Service
- Bachelors Degree is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills
