Job Title: Engineering Manager
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Compensation: $145-160K
Industry: Aerospace / Precision Machining
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects from development through production.

Oversee daily operations of machining production, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence tools.
- Drive product, design, and process improvements.

Analyze internal metrics and implement cost reduction strategies to improve efficiency.
-
Maintain compliance with aerospace industry standards and customer requirements.

Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing engineering teams.

Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Proven success in implementing LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong leadership and team development skills.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.

Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
Preferred Qualifications:

Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.

Experience with AS9100 or other aerospace quality standards.

Background in CNC machining and precision manufacturing.
