Job Full Description
Position: Technical Sales Representative
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Compensation: $80-95K + Bonus structure
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound sales activities via calls, emails, and social media.
- Meet with OEMs, MROs, and suppliers to identify customer needs.
- Build and deliver tailored technical sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to guide strategy.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support customer visits, audits, and product demonstrations.
- Represent the company at aerospace trade shows and industry events.
- Provide competitive and service trend insights to leadership.
- Balance individual prospecting with team-based account growth.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in sales, business development, or account management is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Able to understand technical details and document action steps.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM tools is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in developing sales strategies, proposals, and negotiating pricing and delivery terms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer and industry engagement.
