Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati Northwest is currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for an immediate 2nd Shift opening in Harrison, OH !
Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on concrete batching and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Inspect machinery and equipment to detect malfunctions or irregularities
- Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and logs
- Adhere to company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a maintenance tech in a manufacturing environment is required
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and hydraulics
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- Willingness to work in outdoor/indoor conditions, including around dust, heat, and noise
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
Industrial Maintenance Technician Compensation: $25/hr+ based on skills and experience
