Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly
- Lift and move materials as needed (up to 50 lbs repeatedly)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
- Assist with various warehouse duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous mechanical assembly experience required
- Proven job stability (tenure)
- Experience assembling control panels is a plus
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints and schematics
