Quality Engineer

Location: Springdale, OH

Compensation: $85-95K

Industry: Aerospace

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead root cause investigations, implement corrective/preventive actions, and verify effectiveness.
Conduct product and process audits, failure analysis, and coordinate interdepartmental quality efforts.
Develop and report quality metrics and system performance to leadership.
Support internal and external audits, inspections, and certifications.
Maintain calibration systems, supplier evaluations, and process control documentation.
Review and ensure accuracy of certificates of conformance and internal routing compliance.
Provide training on quality-related procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
Previous experience as a Quality Engineer is required
Previous experience in the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry is required
Previous experience with AS9100, NADCAP, and industry specifications (ASME, military, etc.) required.
Strong blueprint reading skills, attention to detail, and deadline management.
Effective communicator with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to meet physical demands and work in a manufacturing environment as needed.
