Job Full Description

Job Title: Controls Engineer 

Location: Mason, OH 

Compensation: $80-100K 

What You’ll Do:

• Operate, program, and troubleshoot CNC machines (G-code, Ladder Logic, FANUC, C#).
• Build and install electrical devices and controls.
• Read and create electrical schematics (AutoCAD preferred).
• Configure Ethernet wiring and basic networking.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and computer systems.
• Work closely with internal teams and skilled trades to keep machines running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience with the CNC Machining Industry is required
• Previous experience with Controls is required 
• Previous experience with FANUC CNC systems 
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Knowledge of Ethernet wiring, networking basics, and CAD software.
