Position: Office Manager / Bookkeeper 

Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Colerain Township, OH 

Compensation: $23-26/HR 

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain books and financial records
  • Prepare general ledgers and enter data from source documents
  • Perform bank reconciliations and prepare financial statements
  • Create and post journal entries
  • Review, enter, and record payroll transactions (using ADP)
  • Calculate accruals, including accounts receivable and payable
  • Manage deposits, bill payments, purchase orders, sales orders, and vendor setup
  • Oversee month-end and year-end accounting processes
  • Provide data for 1099-MISC forms and tax return support
  • Manage inventory tracking and reporting
  • Build and maintain client relationships using CRM software
  • Collaborate in a team environment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping (preferably handling multiple clients)
  • Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Working experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is required 
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM ACT Software is highly preferred
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
