Production Planner / ERP Implementation August 20, 2025

Located in Woodlawn, OH

Pay: $75-95K

Responsibilities:

Lead configuration, rollout, and stabilization of D365 modules (manufacturing, production, supply chain, quality).
Act as liaison between operations, IT, and consultants to align ERP design with business and compliance needs.
Oversee data migration, testing, validation, and ERP training programs.
Resolve production workflow bottlenecks and ensure ERP aligns with lean manufacturing principles.
Manage MRP for accurate demand/supply alignment.
Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to resolve shortages and schedule risks.
Track shop floor progress and adjust schedules as needed.
Ensure ERP and planning processes comply with AS9100, FAA, and aerospace standards.
Support traceability/documentation of parts and assemblies.
Work with quality teams to embed compliance requirements in ERP workflows.
Identify and drive improvements in production planning and ERP use.
Optimize inventory, reduce lead times, and improve on-time delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience leading ERP (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) implementation in manufacturing.
Strong background in production planning, scheduling, and MRP in a regulated industry (aerospace preferred).
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and routing data.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
