Manufacturing HR Generalist / Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to support HR functions in a manufacturing environment
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
• Support employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS data accurately
• Assist with training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with managers to address staffing needs and workforce planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry is required 
• Previous experience in HR and/or Recruiting is required 
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
