Job Full Description
Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Certified Chemical Processor to fill an opening in Cincinnati, OH!
Shift: 1st & 3rd
Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining chemical tanks, steam cleaning, swab etch, and anodizing equipment.
- Serve as Process Owner/Inspector for assigned process areas.
- Perform detailed inspection of all hardware processed.
- Provide training, guidance, and oversight to Level I Processors.
- Ensure a quality process is maintained at all times.
- Monitor, control, and continuously improve process efficiency.
- Identify, document, and report process improvement opportunities to the Level III Processor.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous Manufacturing experience is required.
- Chemical Processing experience is required.
- Understanding of macro/micro inspection, pre-penetrant etch, swab etching, and anodic etching.
- Understanding of chemical handling, mixing ratios, pH levels, and temperature control.
- Ability to train and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and observation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Compensation: $24-$26 an hour
