Risk and Insurance Manager December 30, 2025

Located in Hamilton, OH

Pay: $130-150K

Responsibilities

Oversee the company’s risk management and insurance programs
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational, financial, regulatory, and organizational risks
Develop and maintain enterprise risk management frameworks and strategies
Manage insurance coverage, policies, renewals, limits, and deductibles
Oversee insurance claims from reporting through resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to assess risk and support business continuity
Partner with brokers, carriers, and external vendors
Provide risk assessments and reporting to leadership and key stakeholders
Support business units in identifying and managing risk
Promote a risk-aware culture across the organization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field is required.
5+ years of experience in contracts management, insurance coverage, data centers, or related experience is required.
Knowledge of enterprise risk management principles and insurance structures
Understanding of insurance claims management processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and recommend practical risk solutions
