Procurement Specialist

Shift: 1st
Compensation: $55-68K
Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing events including RFP, RFQ, and RFI development and execution
- Analyze supplier pricing, cost structures, and total cost of ownership
- Evaluate proposals and recommend supplier selection
- Support and conduct contract negotiations with vendors and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal departments to define needs and sourcing strategies
- Negotiate pricing and draft agreements aligned with business requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and support continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual obligations
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers and maintaining vendor records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
- At least three years of procurement, purchasing, or sourcing experience
- Experience with ERP or procurement systems, SAP preferred
- Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sourcing best practices and supplier evaluation methods
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
