Job Full Description
Title: IT Help Desk -Level 1 (6+ month contract)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Compensation: $20-$25/HR
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or relevant IT certifications preferred.
- IT Level 1 certified required

1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.

Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively; familiarity with ITSM tools is a plus.
Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT support, providing timely assistance via phone, email, or in person.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices; document incidents in the ticketing system.

Assist with software installations, updates, user account management, password resets, and access requests.

Set up and maintain workstations, perform basic hardware tasks, and coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements.

Escalate complex issues as needed, support end-user training, and promote adherence to IT security policies and best practices.
