Job Title: Industrial Spray Finisher – Custom Wood Railings
Looking to join a fast-paced custom wood shop specializing in high-quality railings, handrails, and architectural wood components? We want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
- Spray clear lacquer on custom wood railings, handrails, and related products
- Operate and maintain industrial spray equipment
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment
- Load, move, and carry racks throughout the shift (medium lifting required)
- Ensure consistent finish quality and attention to detail
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience using industrial spray equipment
- Experience spraying clear lacquer required
- Background in cabinet or furniture finishing preferred
- Ability to maintain speed and quality in a production-driven environment
**Note: Residential/house painting experience alone is typically not a fit due to production speed requirements.**
- Good upper body strength and ability to frequently carry racks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
