Accounts Payable Manager - 6 month Contract
Location: West Chester, OH
Pay: $40-$50/hr
Requirements
-
5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities

Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically the AP module
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of financial data

Manufacturing industry experience preferred

Experience with financial systems implementation, upgrades, or software testing is a plus
Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor management

Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices while maintaining compliance with company policies and internal controls

Manage and mentor AP team members, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflows

Assist with system improvements, testing, and troubleshooting within the Dynamics 365 AP module

Reconcile AP accounts, support month-end close activities, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
