Express Employment Professional is searching for a Fulltime CNC Router Operator
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join our production team. This role is critical in producing precision-cut components used in custom signage, framing, and environmental graphics installations. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, meticulous, and passionate about creating high-quality, custom-fabricated products.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC routers to cut, shape, and drill a variety of materials including wood, acrylic, foam, and aluminum.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design files to ensure precise output.
- Maintain CNC machinery, including routine cleaning, tool changes, calibration, and minor repairs.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure production meets project specifications and timelines.
- Inspect parts for quality control, making adjustments as needed to achieve the desired result.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Able to be on feet all day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Familiarity with materials commonly used in signage and art production.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools in a production setting.
