HVAC Installation Technician – Licensed | $17–$20/hr. DOE | Delaware, OH
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and licensed HVAC Installation Technician to join a reputable company located in Delaware, OH, serving surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced HVAC professionals looking to grow into a long-term, full-time role with high earning potential and great support.
Position Details:
· Job Title: HVAC Installation Technician
· Location: Delaware, OH
· Pay Rate: $17–$20/hr. to start, DOE (Depending on Experience)
· On-Call Rate: $70–$95/hr. for service calls
· Full-Time Potential: Up to $100,000/year once hired full-time
· Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Requirements:
· Must be a licensed HVAC technician
· Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
· Clean driving record required
· On-call availability is required
· Strong work ethic and customer service skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
