Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a Licensed HVAC Installer for a well-established company based in Delaware, OH, serving the surrounding areas. Position Overview:
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring they meet all safety and code requirements. This position requires a licensed and experienced HVAC professional who can work independently, troubleshoot on the job, and deliver high-quality customer service.
Position Details:
· Job Title: HVAC Installer
· Location: Delaware, OH
· Pay Rate: $17–$20/hr. to start (DOE – Depending on Experience)
· On-Call Rate: $70–$95/hr. if called out
· Full-Time Potential: Up to $100,000/year once hired permanently
· Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
· Install HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and equipment
· Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
· Ensure installations meet local and state building codes
· Maintain a clean and safe worksite
· Communicate effectively with customers and team members
· Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Requirements:
· Must be a licensed HVAC installer or technician
· Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
· Clean driving record required
· Willingness to be on-call as part of a rotation
· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
