CNC Operator – First Shift | $17+/hr (DOE)
Mansfield, OH | Monday–Friday | Day Shift Food Processing Facility
Are you an experienced CNC Operator looking for a stable, full-time position in a clean and organized environment? A growing food processing facility in Mansfield, OH is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join their first shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity to put your machining skills to work in a supportive and team-driven workplace.
Pay & Schedule
· Starting at $17+/hour, depending on experience
· Monday through Friday – Steady first shift hours
· Weekly pay through Express Employment Professionals
Key Responsibilities
· Operate and maintain CNC machinery with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
· Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
· Inspect finished parts for quality and compliance with specifications
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with facility standards
Qualifications
· Prior CNC operation experience required (1+ years preferred)
· Ability to use precision measuring tools
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
· Comfortable working in a food processing facility environment
· Must be dependable and punctual
