Express Employment Professionals is searching for an Industrial Maintenance Multi Tech to join our team.
Essential Job Functions: (other duties may be assigned).
- Maintains electrical/electronic devices that provide power for plant distribution, machines, equipment and other gear. Including 480 Volt, Fabrication, PLC Drives, AC/DC drives and motors, sensors, Hydraulics and Pneumatics and Conveyors.
- Uses preventative and corrective maintenance techniques to diagnose, isolate and repair electrical problems throughout the facility.
- Uses test instruments, gear and equipment to verify proper electrical service in all distribution equipment, engineering specifications, safety requirements, NEC and applicable codes and regulations.
- Able to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Works routinely with electrical distribution gear, motors, controls, components, standard devices and wiring.
- Recognizes voltages at primary and secondary levels, exercises proper care and safety precautions when working with all voltages.
- Maintains safe and orderly working conditions and performs work in such a way as to not endanger oneself of fellow employees.
- Responsible for cleanup and general housekeeping of work area.

- Responsible for keeping supervisor informed of work-related problems and the progress of work assignments.
- Functional skills are in the areas of electrical and electronic plant systems.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent (vocational school in a related field is a plus)
· Minimum 3 years working in an industrial environment.
· Able to use and maintain hand tools, and proficient with electrical diagnostic tools.
· Lock Out Tag Out experience and knowledge in a manufacturing environment
