Maintenance Technician – Mechanical, Mansfield, Ohio

General Purpose
Perform maintenance-related duties, including but not limited to mechanical, facility, and vehicle maintenance repairs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and planned preventative maintenance.
- Support facility operations through troubleshooting and mechanical upkeep.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Blueprint (schematic) reading
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Lockout/tagout procedures
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Aerial lift and forklift operation
- Welding
- Preventative maintenance practices

- Must have own hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches)
Other Details:
Status: Direct Hire
Benefits: Full Benefit Package
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Some Saturdays may be required)
Experience/Certification Required: Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or a related Maintenance Certificate/Degree
