Warehouse / Forklift Operator – Day Shift
Location: Crestline, Ohio
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Evaluate to-Hire
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse / Forklift Operator for a growing facility in Crestline, Ohio. This is a hands-on, physical role responsible for lifting, loading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position starts through our staffing team and offers the opportunity to be hired on permanently with full benefits after the temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving products
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory movement
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on warehouse work
- Capable of lifting, loading, and moving materials regularly
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Schedule
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Monday through Friday
