Picker/Forklift Operator Location: Delaware, OH
Pay: $18.50 per hour based on exp
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Employment Type: Evaluate to-Hire
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Picker/Forklift Operator for our client in Delaware, Ohio. This is a hands-on, physical role responsible for is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders in a warehouse or distribution center. This role ensures that products are picked, packed, and ready for shipment in a timely and efficient manner.
This position starts through our staffing team and offers the opportunity to be hired on permanently with full benefits after the temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
· Pick and pack products based on order sheets or digital systems
· RF Scanner and Tablet
· Locate items in the warehouse using inventory systems or labels
· Verify product accuracy and quantities before shipment
· Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., picker and forklift, scanners) as needed
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
· Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when required
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
· Previous warehouse or picking experience
· Ability to lift and move items (up to 25–50 lbs, depending on role)
· Basic math and organizational skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
· Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
· Monday through Friday
