Job Description
A Stihl Chainsaw Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Stihl chainsaws and other small-engine equipment. This role involves hands‑on mechanical work, and ensuring all equipment is safe, reliable, and performing at its best.
Key Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and repair Stihl chainsaws and small engines

Perform routine maintenance such as sharpening chains, replacing parts, and tuning engines

Troubleshoot fuel, ignition, and mechanical issues

Clean, test, and verify equipment performance after repairs

Maintain accurate repair records and parts used

Assist customers with equipment questions and basic troubleshooting

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
What You Need

Experience with small engines or outdoor power equipment

Knowledge of Stihl products is a plus

Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment
