Monel Coating Technician 2nd shift
Mon.-Fri. 3:30pm-2am (that is including overtime)
As a Monel Coating Technician, you'll play an important role in applying protective Monel coatings that help ensure equipment is durable, corrosion-resistant, and built to last. You'll work alongside a skilled production team while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment used to apply Monel protective coatings.
- Prepare equipment and surfaces for coating applications.
- Apply Monel coatings to manufactured equipment and components according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality, corrosion-resistant finishes.
- Troubleshoot equipment and coating process issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain an efficient workflow and meet production goals.
- Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift as needed, and work in a manufacturing environment.
