PAINTER/BLASTER’S HELPER – NOW HIRING!
Looking for a Painter/Blaster’s Helper to assist painters and blasters with preparing vessels and piping for coating.
Job Duties:
- Taping, masking, and wrapping
- Prep surface areas for coating, including wiping with MEK, sanding, and blowing off dust/sand with an air hose
- Rig vessels or piping for blasting or coating
- Fix paint imperfections such as runs, wrinkles, and orange peel
- Keep coating and blasting areas clean and free of trash and debris
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work in heat and cold
- Steel-toe boots required
- PPE such as respirators, gloves, dust masks, and paint socks will be supplied
