As part of the blow molding shift team, this role operates machines safely and efficiently to produce high quality products, adhering to set standards and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Performs operations in the blow molding production process, maintaining efficiency.
• Rotates through all the tasks required in the blow molding process.
• Examines products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Reports non-conforming product to Lead or Supervisor.
• Observes machine operation to detect machine issues and immediately reports issues to Lead Operator or Supervisor.
• Maintains a clean and organized working environment, following our 5S standard.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to read and write at an Eighth-grade level
• Must be able to perform all production functions at standard rate
• Must be very safety conscious
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Work conditions consistent with a manufacturing environment. Frequent exposure to manufacturing operations requires the ability to use all necessary safety equipment. Standing, walking, stooping, and bending are frequent and required. Must be able to tolerate repetitive motions for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for at least 8 hours on concrete surface is required. Must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures.
