Production Worker
$12.50/HR
2 Openings: Pole Room Operator/Braider
Monday through Thursday
6am-430pm
Some Fridays as needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Preparing all whips to be ran through production to end up in finished goods
• Ensure accuracy of all entries including product type, color, size, and all other pertinent details related to order entry for US Whip.
• Assist with all aspects of the production, assembly, tooling, and maintenance operations in the facility to produce products and direct activities so that approved products are manufactured on-schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives
• Creating and sharing ideas with management about improvements to production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
• General Production activities within the realm of creation of the U.S.Whip,Inc. product.
• Cleaning Area
Essential Requirements:
· Standing and moving around all day
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
· Ability to effectively prioritize and work with a sense of urgency.
· Highly responsible and reliable; follows through on tasks and assignments
· Ability to communicate effectively with all employees
· Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
· Flexible and adaptable; ability to change as needed in the workplace
· Any machine maintenance needed daily.
· Troubleshoot, problem solve any production issues.
