Part-time - 4-10 hours per week, Mondays and Thursdays
Job Overview The Customer Service Support Associate is responsible for supporting customer order fulfillment and shipping operations in a fast‑paced environment. This role involves accurate order entry, coordination of EDI transactions, preparation of shipping documentation, and fulfillment of small warranty replacement parts. The position works across both office and warehouse settings and requires close collaboration with the shipping team to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of outgoing orders while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.
Duties and Responsibilities • Accurately enter customer orders and support end‑to‑end order processing. • Assist with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions. • Generate shipping labels and prepare required shipment documentation. • Pick, pack, and ship small warranty replacement parts (primarily envelope‑sized items). • Support labeling, organization, and maintenance of inventory for the drop‑ship program. • Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of outgoing orders. • Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Demonstrated strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. • Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry tasks. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform job-related duties is required. Education and Experience • A high school diploma is required. • Prior customer service or warehouse experience preferred. • SPS Commerce experience is preferred. • Experience with ERP systems; Infor Syteline preferred.
