- Precision Coating: Operating spray guns and booth systems to apply even, high-quality finishes
- The Bake: Monitoring curing ovens to ensure the perfect finish every time
- Quality Check: Inspecting finished parts for thickness and consistency

- Experience: Previous industrial painting or powder coating experience is a major plus!
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
