What You’ll Do:
1.) Welcome and assist guests and associates as they enter the building
2.) Answer and manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism
3.) Recruit candidates and schedule interviews
4. Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors and callers
5.) Maintain accurate records and use computer systems efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong computer skills and phone etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
