Quoter Needed!!!!!
Develop and Manage Quotation Packages: Create detailed and accurate quotation packages for clients, considering feasibility, technical requirements, financial aspects, and interfaces with project planning. Prepare and share price requests with suppliers and subcontractors. Calculate project costs, including material, personnel, and other resources. Produce initial work schedules. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, technical teams, buyers, and other internal stakeholders. Ensure smooth handover of project files to project managers. Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and delivery times. Interact with vendors to obtain special pricing and special-order items. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Data Management: Ensure accuracy in project databases. Maintain records of quotes, RFQs, and other relevant documents.
Pay is up to $28 based on experience
