Automotive Paint Shop - Counter Sales, Tulsa, OK
$20.00/HR to $22.00/HR
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm + every other Saturday (9am to 1pm)
Duties:
The counter sales associate will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, creating orders in the POS system, cash handling, etc. Other duties include learning the extensive process of automotive paint variances. You will mix paint, assist customers to their car with paint cans (heavy), ask and answer questions to ensure the customer is ordering the correct type of paint, etc.
Skills:
Candidates must be able to easily engage with customers, make inquiries as to their needs, ask how the customer is going to use the paint, and verify the product is correct before mixing. Must be able to use a point-of-sale system, register system, phones, email, and paint mixing equipment. Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
Physical:
You are standing and busy all day long. You will also assist the customers by carrying their order to their car. The filled paint cans can be heavy.
