What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC mills to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain quality standards
- Work closely with production teams to meet deadlines and customer expectations
What We're Looking For:
- CNC machining experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of GD&T and precision measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
