Warehouse Associate – Carpet Distribution
Location: Tulsa, OKPay Rate: $18.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturday hours (typically 1 hour or less)
Position Summary
Express is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, pulling, and loading large carpet rolls in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing physical labor, operating warehouse equipment, and using computer systems throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and store incoming carpet inventory
Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment
Load and unload delivery trucks
Load installers’ trucks with required materials
Operate a sit-down forklift with carpet pole attachment (Stinger)
Safely maneuver and handle large, heavy carpet rolls
Perform inventory-related tasks and computer data entry
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Forklift experience preferred; sit-down forklift experience is a plus
Ability to lift, move, and maneuver heavy materials throughout the workday
Basic computer skills required
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
