Job Full Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE: Maintain and control manufacturing inventory. Pull sales orders and work order items from inventory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate inventory records through physical issues and receipts. Systems data entry. Conduct cycle counts and reconcile any discrepancies. Run all month end inventory reports and maintain files. Receive and process all incoming materials and provide for proper handling, storage and identification of materials. Perform system transactions to support sales/work order requirements. Create and maintain manufacturing bills of materials. (65%)

• Log in all incoming packages into receiving log; deliver to appropriate person/department. (10%)

• Provide part-time receptionist coverage (25%). Answer incoming calls, route to correct personnel and log call information.
• Back up for purchasing materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory software systems.
• Attention to detail and organization skills for inventory counts and logs.
• Communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.

Position is fulltime Monday-Friday 730am-4pm with excellent benefits after probationary period.
