Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in maintaining and cleaning Airbnb properties. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that each property is spotless, welcoming, and ready for the next guest. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Laundry: Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels; replace bedding and restock towels as needed.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management when items need restocking.
- Quality Checks: Inspect properties for any damages, missing items, or maintenance needs, and report them to the management team.
- Guest-Ready Preparation: Ensure that properties are guest-ready by arranging furniture, placing welcome amenities, and following specific guest requests or instructions.
- Trash Removal: Dispose of trash and recycling according to property guidelines.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all company cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain a consistent level of cleanliness and presentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between multiple properties.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks related to cleaning.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
