Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper/Maintenance team member to help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our vineyard property. This role is hands-on and outdoors, providing support in grounds care, light maintenance, and general upkeep of the estate.
Responsibilities:

Perform general landscaping and groundskeeping duties, including mowing, trimming, watering, and pruning.

Maintain vineyard pathways, lawns, and surrounding areas to ensure a clean and welcoming appearance.

Assist with vineyard property maintenance such as painting, small repairs, and seasonal upkeep.

Operate and maintain equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, hand tools, etc.).

Clear debris, manage waste and recycling, and ensure outdoor areas are tidy and safe.

Support seasonal projects such as planting, harvesting, or special event preparation.

Report repair needs or safety concerns to management promptly.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance preferred, but not required.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and maintenance equipment.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.

Flexible schedule and willingness to assist during vineyard events.
