Job Full Description
Job Summary: The Service Technician I position is responsible for providing factory and onsite field service to customers, tracking and correcting customer related issues, and communicating all service issues to management in a timely and effective manner. Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Follow all safety rules and regulations, all work must be done thinking “Safety First.”
- Learn how to calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on instruments based on date received and expedite status as determined by management direction.
- Communicates instrument service issues to management in a timely and effective manner.
- Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records.
- Recommends or performs minor remedial actions to correct problems. ? Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
- Completes projects correctly, on time and within budget.
- Supports organization’s goals and values.
- For all on -site positions, must show up to work to perform job duties.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work with and as a Team.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and 41+ pounds as a two-person lift.

Education and Experience:
- One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
