Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Logistics Support Clerk to support our sales team customers through accurate administrative work and smooth coordination of daily logistics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, supporting internal teams, and ensuring orders move efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track purchase orders (POs) with accuracy.
- Prepare, manage, and file trucking documents and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Coordinate shipments with LTL carriers, FedEx, UPS, and other freight partners.
- Handle warranty claims, including communication with suppliers and follow-up on resolutions.
- Support the sales team with order updates, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and internal filing systems.
- Provide general administrative and MS Office support (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communicate professionally with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Enter orders and process invoices in Sage 300
- Coordinate with AP and AR Clerks
- Assist with supplying require documents to satisfy government contracts through GSA and DLA.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with shipping processes, freight carriers, or logistics support preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior administrative, sales support, or logistics experience is a plus.

- Consistent weekday schedule Monday-Thursday 8am-430pm and Friday 8am-330pm.
