Position: Human Resources (HR) Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the human resources department in a variety of administrative and employee-focused tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and general HR operations to help ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews

Support new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation, and setting up employee accounts

Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases

Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting as needed
-
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR-related questions

Help implement HR programs, policies, and procedures

Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records

Assist with performance review processes and tracking deadlines

Support special projects and other HR initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Previous experience in HR, administrative, or office support roles is a plus

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
