Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is looking for someone who has worked in a manufacturing environment and has at least one year of operating a forklift.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
Pay: $21.00
Location: Clackamas
Responsibilities Include:
- Moves materials both physically and in the existing ERP system to ensure location accuracy.
- Stages materials for the batching department in preparation for upcoming production jobs.
- Reviews production schedules and related information and confers with department supervisors to determine material requirements to identify overdue materials and to track material.
- Requisitions material and establishes sequential delivery dates to departments, according to job order priorities and material availability.
- Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records such as material inventory, in process production reports, and status and location of materials.
- Moves or transports materials from one department to another.
Skills Required:
- 1 + years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- 1 + years if experience operating a forklift is required.
- Work history with minimum 2+ years at each position
Education Requirements:
- A certified forklift license is required-High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Required to stand, balance, twist, stoop kneel and reach with hands/arms.
- Frequently lifts 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds. Occasionally walks, uses stairways to climb.
