Pay & Schedule:
- $24.00 per hour
- Monday–Tuesday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Thursday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Full-time schedule (Wednesdays and Sundays off)
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers to understand their EV needs and showcase vehicle features
- Lead test drives and demonstrate cutting-edge technology
- Manage leads, close sales, and ensure a smooth, positive buying experience
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Stay current with EV models, government incentives, and charging technologies
- Maintain accurate records and use CRM software to track performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience
- Driver's License required
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software
- Enthusiasm for electric vehicles and a desire for long-term career growth
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Physical ability to sit and walk as needed
- Comfortable managing leads, handling inquiries, and completing sales paperwork
